Graduation Requirements
Every spring, Metro is buzzing with the excitement of graduation. Seniors are exhilarated and it’s well deserved! Four years of education at Metro means a graduate has a solid foundation of 21st Century Leadership Skills, and is ready for success in the world that lies beyond high school. College will be and should be an academic challenge for any student and Metro graduates are well prepared to take it on!
To graduate, Metro students must:
- Pass the California High School Exit Exam (CAHSEE)
- Pass all courses required for CSU/UC eligibility (A-G requirements)
- Pass the College Success Portfolio and Defense
