Integrated Complaint and Investigation Procedure:

Envision Schools has developed a comprehensive complaint and investigation procedure to centralize all complaints and concerns coming into any school. Under the direction of the Board, the Principal shall be responsible for investigation, remediation, and follow-up on matters submitted through this procedure. Please use this form.

Directions to Metro :

Metro is located on the Horace Mann campus on the first floor in room 150. Metro operates independently of Horace Mann Middle School. Please check in at the Metro office on the first floor.
